Executive Board
An Executive Board of 12 members will be constituted to manage the day-to-day operations of ‘MITRA’. The composition of the Executive Board will be as follows :-

Selection Committee :- The Chief Executive Officer of ‘MITRA’ was selected through a Selection Committee consisting of Hon’ble Chief Minister, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister/ Hon’ble Minister (Finance & Planning) and Chief Secretary. The selection of Sectorial Experts will be made on the lines of guidelines prescribed by the NITI Aayog for their Heads of Development Sectors. In this regard notification will be issued as per requirement.
Terms and References of Executive Board :-
- The Executive Board of MITRA will plan various projects and schemes based on the guidance and suggestions of the Governing Body. Also, the Executive Board will coordinate with the various participating organizations of MITRA, various departments of the State Government as well as relevant Government/Non-Government organizations and systems for the effective implementation of the programs and concepts planned by MITRA.
- The Executive Board will provide all resources required for the effective functioning of MITRA viz. provide funds, manpower, technology, and other facilities. The meeting of the Executive Board shall be held at least four times a year.
